LEONA LUISA ABAD ANDERSEN aims for Mrs. Philippines International 2021

LEONA LUISA ABAD ANDERSEN representing Olongapo City is one of the seventeen official candidates vying for the coveted Mrs. Philippines International 2021 or any of the eight  other crowns and titles at stake. 


Leona intelligently answered questions from members of media (television, print and online) during her Meet and Greet Presscon held at Lè Gastrò Restaurant at Citadines Millenium Hotel, Ortigas Center, Pasig City. 


During my one-on-one interview, she shared the folllowing information. 

27-year old Leona was born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.  She's a doting single mom to her 5-year old daughter, Amanda. 


She's a BS Psychology graduate of  Mondriaan Aura College in Subic Bay, Class of 2015.

Leona also took up Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support and Basic First Aid at ILEAD Training Center in San Fernando, Pampanga. 


To keep herself fit and fab, she's into swimming, jogging, running and hiking.


Fondly called as Len Len, she's not only the proverbial "beautiful inside and out."  

She's also loaded with talent and skills including playing acoustic / electric guitar and piano, singing, painting (oil, acrylic and watercolor), nude sketching, cooking, baking, andcake designing.  


Prior to her Mrs. Philippines International 2021 journey,  Leona has competed in various pageants as follows :

•  'It's Showtime' Reyna ng Tahanan 2021, 1st  runner-up
•  Mrs. KUMU Universe 2020, Winner
•  Grand Ambassadress of the Philippines 2020, Candidate
•  Mutya ng Marino 2015, PMMA, 1st runner-up
•  Mutya ng Olongapo 2013, 1st runner-up to Alexandra Faith Garcia (recently crowned Miss Aura International 2021 in Turkey)


Leona's motto in life is
"No matter how hard life can get, never give up. Always learn to crawl, stand up and keep that head up high. Fight until the end especially when you know its worth doing!"

2. Click "Online Voting" on the drop-down box.
3. Click the Pageant Banner to show the candidates.
4. After clicking on the pageant banner, candidate images should show up with a countdown timer at the very top.
5. Click on the candidate image that you wish to vote for. A pop out box should appear.

The attendees in the Presscon were treated with yummylicious, mouthwatering  dishes,  appetizers, desserts, etc. prepared by Chef Marco and Team including Stir Fried Spicy Prawns, Beef Tapa, Fried Chicken, Nasi Goreng, Green Salad, Pomelo Salad, Cheese Platter, Fresh Tropical Fruits Platter, Miso Soup, Pudding, among others. 









Leona handed attendees with souvenir gifts as token of appreciation : beauty products manufactured in  her hometown, Olongapo City.

STAR CITY TO REOPEN ON JANUARY 14

Star City , the country's biggest air conditioned, all weather theme park reopens its doors to the public on January 14, 2022.  Rebuilt with rides and attractions for all age groups, and providing moderate to extreme thrills for people of all walks of life, the park soft opening  kickstarts its move to regain a solid reputation built o seever three decades as a world-class recreational complex where the public can derive maximum enjoyment from stimulating array of indoor and outdoor attractions again and again.
