Mrs. Philippines International 2021 candidate from the Province of Rizal, CHRISTHEL FRAULEIN GARDOCE BULABON, is a single doting mother to 5 teenage boys and a lovely 10-year old girl.  

She's currently competing in an international pageant and was an international titleholder in 2020. 



Mrs. Rizal is a certified PADI Scuba Diver, former competitive swimmer, Go-Cart race driver, a proud member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Club of the Philippines, businesswoman, a Bayani ng Antipolo recipient, Philippine National Police recipient for her humanitarian activities specially during the pandemic. 

She was recently featured in Korina Sanchez-Roxas’ Rated Korina, that has been viewed by more than 15 million to date. 

Christhel loves to inspire both young and old, especially those who are battling in silence. 

She’s a woman with open arms for helpless, hopeless and a voice to the voiceless.

Other Hiyas ng Turismo Pilipinas Foundation, Inc. STAR CITY TO REOPEN ON JANUARY 14

Star City , the country's biggest air conditioned, all weather theme park reopens its doors to the public on January 14, 2022.  Rebuilt with rides and attractions for all age groups, and providing moderate to extreme thrills for people of all walks of life, the park soft opening  kickstarts its move to regain a solid reputation built o seever three decades as a world-class recreational complex where the public can derive maximum enjoyment from stimulating array of indoor and outdoor attractions again and again. It had been two long years since Star City ceased operations after being gutted by a fire with further complications brought by the pandemic thrown in, but park management was determined to see the amusement park come to life ince more.  With the soft opening, visitors will be welcomed from 2-10pm daily for the entire month, but moving to a Thursday-Sunday schedule from February to August as it pushes toward full completion through the rest of the year.
