50 beauties vie for MISS FILIPINA INTERNATIONAL and MISS FILIPINA TEEN on July 31 in Redondo, CA

LOS ANGELES, CA (17 July 2021) – Miss Filipina International and Miss Filipina Teen, the premier Filipina global pageants in the United States, in cooperation with the Philippines Department of Tourism, are proud to announce that the coronation night for their 2021 Miss Filipina and Miss Filipina Teen events are set on July 31, 2021 at Redondo Beach Performing Arts Theater, Redondo Beach, California.

   Formerly known as Binibining Pilipinas USA, the event marks the successful return of the Miss Filipina International and Miss Filipina Teen pageants, which were last held in 2019 and did not hold events last year due to the global health situation.

     The Grand Coronation Night shall be hosted by the Philippines’ ‘Concert Queen’ Ms. Pops Fernandez and ‘Concert King’ Mr. Martin Nievera starting at 5:00 p.m.

   A total of 50 candidates -- 23 in Miss Filipina International and 27 in Miss Filipina Teen -- are vying for the coveted crowns in this year’s prestigious pageant competition.

   The preliminary competition, which includes the Parade of National Costumes, Talent Competition, Swimsuit and Evening Gown Competitions, and the awarding of Miss Photogenic and Miss Top Model, are scheduled on July 30, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. in the same venue.

   Tickets to the pageant are available on www.missfilipinaintl.com starting at $65.

   Grand winners will win a round-trip ticket to the Philippines for a two-week all expense-paid experience.

   In 2019, Cheyanne Knight won the Miss Filipina International crown, while Thereze Dacanay took home the Miss Filipina Teen title.

STAR CITY TO REOPEN ON JANUARY 14

Star City , the country's biggest air conditioned, all weather theme park reopens its doors to the public on January 14, 2022.  Rebuilt with rides and attractions for all age groups, and providing moderate to extreme thrills for people of all walks of life, the park soft opening  kickstarts its move to regain a solid reputation built o seever three decades as a world-class recreational complex where the public can derive maximum enjoyment from stimulating array of indoor and outdoor attractions again and again.
